Founded by Leoni Moninska, Site Growth SEO is built on a wealth of hands-on experience across a diverse range of industries, from FMCG and insurance to financial services, gift experiences, handmade products, and private healthcare. A graduate of Bournemouth University with a BA (Hons) in Marketing Communications, Leoni has spent over a decade in digital marketing, developing a deep understanding of what drives visibility, traffic, and growth.
Leoni is joined by Nick Baker, a content editor with over 14 years of experience. Having also worked across a wide variety of sectors, Nick specialises in creating content that both ranks and converts. With a strong focus on search intent, clarity, and user engagement, he ensures every piece of content delivers real value to both search engines and audiences.
